Gochujang Marinade
A versatile Korean-inspired marinade perfect for meat, tofu, or vegetables.
Ingredients
- 60mLgochujang
- 30mLsoy sauce
- 30mLmaple syrup or honey
- 10mLrice vinegar
- 10mLtoasted sesame oil
- 5gginger, grated
- 5ggarlic, minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
Use as a marinade for proteins (like chicken, beef, pork, tofu) for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Can also be used as a sauce for stir-fries or as a glaze for grilled or roasted items.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
